About these terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to any supply and installation contract between you and Your Shutters Suffolk. By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Online estimates are indicative only. A confirmed written quote will be provided after a free home survey and is valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change until a written order confirmation has been issued.

Orders and payment

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to place your order into production.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of installation.
• Because shutters are made to measure, orders cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has begun. We will advise you of the cut-off point at the time of ordering.

Lead times and installation

Typical lead times are 3–6 weeks from confirmed order, depending on specification and current production schedules. We will provide an estimated installation date at the time of ordering. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Guarantee

All shutters supplied and fitted by Your Shutters Suffolk come with a manufacturer's structural guarantee. Details of the guarantee period and what is covered will be provided with your order confirmation. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
